Paul Roy, Principal Broker at Corcoran Pacific Properties

With over 29 years of experience in the real estate industry, Paul Roy is a seasoned REALTOR®, Principal Broker, and a Certified Real Estate Instructor. Paul’s extensive background encompasses sales, new construction, brokerage management, technology, and education, highlighting his versatility and deep industry knowledge. His true passion lies in helping others achieve their goals, making him a dedicated mentor and leader.

Paul’s career began in 1993 when he made the bold decision to leave a secure government job to pursue his real estate dreams in Tri-Cities, Washington. His dedication and talent quickly earned him the title of Rookie of the Year and a position among the Top 1% Performers for seven consecutive years.

Previously serving as  Managing Partner and Principal Broker at Coldwell Banker Tomlinson and Makai Properties on Kauai, Paul joined Corcoran Pacific Properties in January 2020.  In 2024, he advanced to the role of Principal Broker. In this capacity, Paul supervises the Brokers-in-Charge, manages contract review, transaction management, agent development, and oversees brokerage operations for 10 offices across the state of Hawaii, including Kauai, Oahu, Maui, and the Big Island. His leadership ensures that the brokerage maintains the highest standards of professionalism and excellence.

Outside of work, Paul and his wife, Rebecca (Reba), who is also a Corcoran Pacific agent, cherish traveling to visit their children and grandchildren on the mainland. They also enjoy hosting friends and family at their beautiful home in Hawaii.
